It's a very popular sort of play. I find it hard to imagine that any Mistresses would say *NO* to it, who do not enjoy and offer this activity or who would refuse - be it with or without knickers on (that's a more personal preference). I'd suggest that you select a few ladies you are interested in, and ask them.
