Can words be added to the spellchecker? Is it checking something on my own PC, or something held centrally somewhere?

Only a very minor point, but how many times do we key in 'domme' only for it to be changed to 'dome'? Thousands of times, unless it's something I can control myself (I can't control a domme, but I should be able to control a dome).
