Haven't received hard CP for many years but I can recommend Mistress Cameron and Maestra Morgan unhesitatingly.

I've watched them (at parties and fiming) completely break some very hardened CP fanciers.

Judicial//Sjambok/Singapore they can be as harsh as you wish
