I totally agree Slutty.
There must be other forums that could be used to spread these sanctimonious, self righteous viewpoints. Do e.g. train modeller or gardening forums not have the equivalent of The Oubliette that could be used by the main offender to give us some respite? Surely BB must be a member of other forums. I am, but stay on topic on these other forums. Doesn't stop me disagreeing with someone occasionally, but I like to think it is well mannered.
I would much rather hear on this forum about genuine mistresses and sessions from today or from the past. These used to be a good read. After all the name of this forum is "UK Mistresses".

The key is to generate topics in the Discussion of Interest section of UKM.

The Mods' do edit posts that are not BDSM related.

The Oubliette has always been a place of general non BDSM topics and general banter and was intended a place for "social" engagement.

I agree. Too many of the, ahem, shall we say more senior posters on here spend far too much time bitching and moaning about views they don't agree with on one of UKM's eighteen sub-boards.

Surely the sensible thing to do would be to ignore and start your own discussions on one of the other seventeen boards.
