Unusual Mask

Hi there,

I'm looking for some "unusual" masks for a "friend" of mine.
Pretty sure I saw it somewhere, but not able to find it now, don't even know how to call it

It is a mask with gag, which has a pipe connected to it.
The pipe ends in an dildo, which can be inserted into places where it is dark

Some special kind of breath-play I guess

Did anyone came across such toy, or know where to get something like this?
As I said, I pretty sure I spotted something like this ages ago, but had no need for it at this time.
