I can only speak for myself but I prefer someone who gives nice feedback- means enjoy his session and the things I can do for him!
For my videos I prefer someone I'm familiar with rather a perfect body.

By the end of the day it's the chemistry which clicks or not....

For me , its the whole personality and willingness to partake .
