I suspect its an age thing. We like routine as we get older.

Wake up in the middle of the night to wee.
Sometimes waking up and going to the bathroom only to find you do not need a wee after all.
The morning poo.
I always need my breakfast first but then that's just me.

I also routinely walk upstairs sometimes and by the time I have got there. I cannot remember why I am there. Has that ever happened to you.

I do not mind as the exercise is good for me. It just pisses me off when I do remember why but by that time I have walked back downstairs again.
