Turning peasant food into a delicacy...
Not quite 'on the run,' but quick.
A quick half hour meal that’s healthy and delicious. Saute some red onions in olive oil in a skillet. Salt and black pepper as needed. Add some Swedish meatballs (the proper Swedish ones you get from the supermarket freezer section) and brown for 10 min, turning frequently. Add a can of Mutti organic chopped tomatoes, chopped okra and olives to the pan and simmer for around 20 min. I add a few shakes of Tabasco Habanero to give it a bit of kick. Serve with green pesto and olive oil mashed potato. Enjoy...
