On good days when the weather is warm and the conditions favourable there is no doubt they are a good team.

But will they show the usual lack of bottle we see every year of late from the Arse, when the going gets tough will they crack? Taking apart a weak Blackburn side at the Emirates may be OK - but will they have the bottle for a cold windy day at the Bear pit again, with Rory's rockets causing mayhem!

We will see!

Well it was a cold and wet December day at Emirates.

As it turned out, the Arsenal players were not muscled off the ball and Arshavin's performance was outstanding.

I guess Rory's rockets failed to ignite

Yeah - I reckon that QPR ending up being promoted is about as likely as Spurs ending up in the top four.

It is looking bad for your team Mikey. What's the problem with paying wages? I thoughht that you had been taken over and money injected into the club.

Lol, and our keeper didn't have to suffer GBH this time as Van Persie wasn't around.

But of course you mis-read my point in your blind loyalty - I pointed out that the tough test is not at the Emirates, where you would expect Arsenal to beat a side who are still trying to establish themselves in the league, - but away, when the elements and atmosphere are more difficult! That is the true test of a great side!

Nice to see good old Arsy Wenger can be sporting when your team wins!

I understand your point entirely and the purpose of my post was to make a point about the Emirates game. We'll see what happens at the end of February but to be honest you're boxing with phantoms if all you have to rely on is the weather and an atmospheric crowd.

Talking about GBH wasn't there a bit of grievous between Pulis and Beattie in the changing room afterwards?
