No disrespect intended here, but I suggest you plan ahead and get your accommodation and studio planned before you land because here in Glasgow you'd be lucky to get two hours rent from a studio for what you're quoting for an entire day so I imagine it'd be even more difficult finding what you're asking for in London.

I think Ana has this right - the rate you are looking for will get you a 2-star hotel in London, or a 3-star off-season and/or in a less desireable location. I doubt you ever get a fully furnished / serviced dungeon with overnight-stay capability for what you are thinking.

I have a friend with a garden shed, but I think he'd still want 25 euros/hour, without service, and obviously there'd be a cut for every client booked.
