I have moved this here to Product/Vendor Reviews section so it does not get buried in the melee that is the oubliette

A very good review Entropy Tango interesting to see other members views on this book

My review of said tome is here... http://nuts4r2.blogspot.co.uk/2014/0...ominatrix.html

It was very much the book I was hoping it would be, as opposed to the book I was expecting it to be. So well done to the anonymous writer. Very much recommended.

Thanks ET - very informative. I like the way you let the book speak for itself. Too many reviewers tend to use books as hooks to get their own views across.

Now I just need to try and get my hands on a copy!

Thanks guys.

It's well worth a purchase, in my humble opinion. Not for the pictures but for the info.

If you look at it like that, everyone on here technically speaking is anonymous.

Yes, but it's an assumed name.

I guess it depends on how much stock you place in the names you pick for yourself as opposed to those you carry around with you from birth.

Yep, couldn't agree with you more.

Although none of us can be truly anonymous without a lot more technical jiggery pokery knowledge than most of us possess (myself included, I'm a dunce with bytes, bits and giga-whatsits).

Alternate identities seem to be a standard for a lot of message boards and social media sites across the net at this particular point in human evolution... at least that's the way it seems to me.

I understand the original point I think you were making though... sometimes people prefer the name they choose for themselves. I just don't think the writer of this particular book chose that "domme de plume" for that specific reason though. I think it was just an homage to a specific tradition.
