Och well, never mind…
It was widely commented last year how Scooterman had been (at best) useless in all his ministerial position and it was just a matter of time before he proved himself so as First Minister. Even so, I don’t think anyone quite expected him to bring the shit-show of ‘progressive’ politics down on himself in such a sudden and spectacular way as he has done. A week is indeed a long time in politics.
It is said that 10,000 hours of practice can make anyone skilled at a task. Humza was approximately 9528 hours into his apprenticeship as First Minister before the wheels came off in another striking (and entertaining) show of delusional and arrogant idiocy. Great stuff fella. All he had to do was stay upright for another 20 days and he would have achieved ‘expert’ level First Minister. Och well, there it is…  They call it ‘failing upwards’ or being promoted to the level of incompetence. P.S. Don’t expect the SNP to now make the choice they should have made by choosing Kate Forbes. She is far too pragmatic and intelligent and strategic to appeal to the ‘progressive’ Sturgeon fanatics who still hold power with the party. Kind Regards, Rimmer.

Not too bad at all.
Great to see our King with his Queen back on duty today.
During a visit to University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre, he was asked repeatedly how he was feeling, and he replied…“I’m alright thank you very much, not too bad.” ‘Not too bad’, that is such a typically British attitude. Neither hope nor despair, just play it down and keep on keeping on.  The white hair suits him. He was later asked by a patient undergoing chemotherapy how he was coping and our King replied: “It’s always a bit of a shock, isn’t it, when they tell you ?”. A bit…and then some ! One patient was most keen to meet the King and Queen when a man wearing a hospital gown asking people to make way for him told the couple “I commend you for being here to support us.” Indeed, very commendable. Ireland now seeking to impose a hard border with checkpoints on the island of Ireland to try and stem the flow of illegal migrants flooding back into the EU to avoid being sent to Rwanda.
Rishi is having none of it saying the Irish government “…must uphold its promises. We can’t have cherry-picking of important international agreements and so the Secretary of State is seeking urgent clarification that there will be no disruption or police checkpoints at or near the border.” The UK has made commitments to avoid a hard border as part of the Good Friday Agreement, the Common Travel Area, and the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement, and Ireland must now face the consequences…or find its own Rwanda.
