Help!
Have a PC about 2 or 3 yrs old running XP and have a rather irritating prob that has me baffled so any help or advice would be much apprciated!
The PC works fine but if I attempt to use the dvd/cd drive, ie put a disc in and close the tray, the computer freezes and I have to shut it down. Have tried a new drive and have changed the lead to the drive but it still does it! Also in device manager there are no conflicts or isues, it says this device is working properly! Anyone come across this before? |
