UKM - Mistresses Linda and Vanessa of Leeds. - UK

I have visited this excellent mother and daughter duo many times at their superb multiple playrooms in Leeds. Unfortunately they had a setback at their premises a few months back making these premises unusable.
Does anyone know whether they are close to reopening there or anywhere else?
Their Chapel Dungeon in Leeds has been my preferred play space for several years. Very atmospheric and equipment laden. Even better than the legendary premises of Trisha, June, Bianca, Brenda or Mistress Gail. Bet I'm the only one who remembers all of these stunning ladies, each superb as a dominatrix, but now only memories.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

After a lot of searching, Mistresses Linda and Vanessa have found new premises about 7 miles from where they were before - somewhat smaller but still with a huge range of superb equipment! Mistress Linda has very limited availability at the moment as she is dealing with private family problems, but Mistress Vanessa is still available as usual - and still just as talented!

I see Mistress Vanessa's website has been updated with new pictures in what I assume is her new Batley location. The problem for me has always been trying to get her on the phone to arrange a session. A stunningly beautiful domme with a powerful swing.

Yes Vannessa can be difficult to contact and doesn't reply to messages according to website.

Best bet is to try Linda who is easier to contact and ask her about Vanessa's availibility

As for contact I can only sympathise. I’ve had similar problems in the past with other Mistresses, to the point of abandoning my plans to visit. I figure that if initial communication is difficult then it doesn’t bode well for a smooth ride. I’m not saying this is the case with Mistress Vanessa, and some ladies may well purposefully impose obstacles to try and filter out time-wasters, but it doesn’t help matters does it* ?

* I tried contacting a lady a while back and the communication was so disjointed and fragmented over several mediums that I couldn’t figure out what her requirements or availability were, even after paying the deposit. About a fortnight later I got a text at work one morning asking if I wanted an hour session after lunch that day, which had no recognition of anything we had discussed.

It was an eye-opener to see how things had changed and become easier in some respects and yet more complicated for the same reasons, at least since I first took the step to visit a Mistress decades ago. The best times for me have always been from easy and free flowing pre-session communications, 100% correlation.

Seriously good. Gave me one hell of a thrashing. Gotta be one of the best in the business. New premises fine, tribute is very reasonable and wow, a really impressive collection of implements at her disposal. Best time to get hold of her is between 9 and 10am.

Mistress Linda isn't offering sessions at the moment.

They are both back sessioning again and I enjoyed a session with Vanessa this week after a gap of over two years. She looks better than ever and doesn't hold back, both physically and verbally, if that is your thing. She says she is very busy with sessions these days, mainly in Batley, but I managed to meet her elsewhere.

That can be a touchy subject and in the past I always approached clothing requests carefully beforehand in communications. With it often being a deal-breaker because like you the clothing was all part of the fetish it was important to know if specific requests were granted. Mostly they were but it was sometimes impossible to get a straightforward ‘yes’ or ‘no’ commitment which was frustrating. Sessions aren’t cheap and if little details make the difference (as they do for fetishes) then it’s important to get them agreed in advance.

For the first time in years I’m off to visit a professional lady this weekend* and a few e-mail communications have got all the important elements agreed. Communication is everything.
