Two mistresses working together on the same premises constitutes a brothel. Brothels are illegal. Illegal activity isn't allowed be discussed or encouraged.

Sorry to get hung up on this but a brothel is a premises where prostitutes work.
By stating that we cannot talk about 2 mistresses working together as it constitutes a brothel are we then not implying that said mistresses are prostitutes? I am quite sure that if these mistresses advertise their joint services together online and are not immediately arrested that it would be safe for us to talk about them within a forum. Giveitago |

I think the thing is that it is the site owner who cops it if this goes wrong. There is some interesting stuff going on at the moment about a site owner being responsible for some comments made on their site
No-one is implying that any mistresses are prostitutes - rather that the law, as it stands, says that they are if they are offering dd sessions. Dependent, to an extent, on the definition of sexual services We would all be more than happy to discuss this openly but we have to be aware of the possible ramifications - unfortunately |

Because prostitution isn't illegal in this country the law doesn't differentiate between prostitute, dominatrix, stripper, phone sex operator or similar. But the law does concern itself with other aspects of prostitution which are illegal such as soliciting, pimping, running brothels etc and unfortunately we mistresses can easily be caught up in this too.
